摘 要:目的分析近十年国家级远程继续医学教育项目的发布数量以及培训人数的变化情况,揭示远程继续医学教育发展的规律。方法于2022年6-7月采用描述性研究中的历史性常规资料进行分析。数据一方面来源于全国继续医学教育委员会办公室,另一方面来源于被纳入本课题的两个有影响力的国家级远程继续医学教育机构。主要观察指标为国家级远程继续医学教育项目每年发布数量、每年培训人数、定基比发展速度、环比发展速度、平均发展速度等。结果国家级远程继续医学教育项目的发布数量呈逐年增长的趋势,平均发展速度为2.31(231%)。2021年山西省共有315558人次参加了国家级远程继续医学教育项目的学习,是2012年的7.06倍。结论建议相关部门进一步加强对远程继续医学教育的监管,严把教学质量关,使远程继续医学教育更加规范化发展。Objective To reveal the pattern of digital continuous medical education(DCME)by analyzing the changes in the number of national distance continuing medical education programs and the number of trainees in the past decade.Methods The historical data of descriptive study were adopted from June to July 2022.The data were obtained from the Office of the National Continuing Medical Education Committee and from two influential national distance continuing medical education institutions included in the study.The main observation indicators were the number of national distance continuing medical education projects released annually,the number of annual training,the development rate of fixed base ratio,the development rate of sequential development,and the average development rate.Results The number of national DCME programs increased steadily,with an average development rate of 2.31(231%).In 2021,a total of 315558 people participated in the national DCME program in Shanxi Province,which was 7.06 times that in 2012.Conclusion It suggested that relevant government departments could strengthen the supervision,strictly control the quality of teaching,and standardize the development of DCME.
