摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是提高我国麻醉医师技能水平的重要举措。随着麻醉学科的发展及国民对高质量麻醉的渴求提升,社会对于麻醉医师的要求逐步提升,麻醉医师除了需要熟练掌握各种麻醉操作技术外,还需要具备良好的医学科研能力及较高的综合素质,以便为患者提供高质量的医疗服务。文章结合既往研究和自身从事住培工作的实践,对麻醉本科毕业住培生在住院医师规范化培训中科研能力培养的现状及存在的困难进行分析,认为缺乏科研导师及科研资金、缺乏内部动力、时间分配问题是目前存在的核心问题,并从科研能力培训的时间规划、科研培训的主要方向、完善评价体系及设置科研基金、探讨合适的导师制度等方面进行总结并提出解决思路,为我国麻醉临床及科研复合人才的建设贡献一份力量。The standardized training of resident physicians is an important measure to improve the skill level of Chinese anesthesiologists.With the development of the discipline of anesthesiology and the nation's desire for highquality anesthesia,the requirements for anesthesiologists have gradually increased.In addition to mastering various anesthesia operation techniques,anesthesiologists also need to have good medical scientific research ability a with high quality medical services.Based on the previous research and my own practice of training,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing difficulties of training the scientific research ability of anesthesiology graduate students in the standardized training of resident doctors,and believes that the core problems are the lack of scientific research tutors and funds,the lack of internal motivation and the time problem.From the aspects of the time planning of scientific research training,the teacher system,the main direction of scientific research training,improving the evaluation system and setting scientific research funds,the paper summarizes and puts forward the solutions to contribute to the construction of clinical and scientific research complex talents.
