腕关节镜下治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的教学研究进展

摘　　要：桡骨远端骨折的诊断与治疗比较复杂,不同治疗方法各有其优缺点,但部分方法容易造成关节软骨损伤、腕关节疼痛和腕关节功能障碍。腕关节镜下治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折相比于其他治疗方法,可以更加精准地判断桡骨远端关节内骨折的情况、维持关节面平整度,对桡骨远端关节内骨折治疗效果好,可以改善腕关节活动度,减轻患者疼痛,减少术后并发症发生率,因此更加安全可靠。文章对桡骨远端关节内骨折、对腕关节镜下治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的具体方法及其优势进行了简要介绍,重点介绍了关于腕关节镜下桡骨远端关节内骨折的不同教学法的研究进展。The diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fracture is complicated.Different treatment methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,but some methods are easy to cause articular cartilage injury,wrist pain and wrist dysfunction.Wrist under the arthroscope treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal part of the radius compared to other treatments,can more accurately judge the intra-articular distal radius fractures,maintain joint surface roughness,for the treatment of intra-articular distal radius fracture effect is good,can improve the wrist motion and relieve patients'pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,so more safety and reliable.In this paper,the articular fracture of the distal radius and the specific methods and advantages of the wrist arthroscopic treatment of intra-articular fracture of the distal radius are briefly introduced,focusing on the research progress of different teaching methods of intra-articular fracture of the wrist arthroscopic.
