晚期肺癌血清Ape1/Ref-1表达及其对阿帕替尼联合三线化疗疗效的预测价值

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期肺癌血清Ape1/Ref-1的表达及其对阿帕替尼联合三线化疗疗效的预测价值。方法收集70例晚期肺癌患者病例资料。采用随机数字表法进行分组,即对照组和研究组,均35例。对照组采用常规三线化疗治疗。研究组在对照组的基础上再予以阿帕替尼药物治疗。结果晚期肺癌组织Ape1/Ref-1蛋白阳性表达(91.43%)显著高于癌旁组织(χ^(2)=33.600,P=0.000)。化疗前,两组晚期肺癌患者Ape1/Ref-1蛋白相对表达量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后,两组Ape1/Ref-1蛋白相对表达量均明显低于化疗前,进一步组间比较,研究组Ape1/Ref-1蛋白相对表达量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ape1/Ref-1阴性组生存率(87.50%)显著高于Ape1/Ref-1阳性组(χ^(2)=3.949,P=0.047),研究组累积生存率(91.43%)显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=10.096,P=0.001)。结论Ape1/Ref-1在晚期肺癌组织中呈现高表达,其表达越低,阿帕替尼联合三线化疗疗效越好。Objective To investigate the expression of serum Ape1/Ref-1 in advanced lung cancer and its predictive value for the efficacy of Apatinib combined with third-line chemotherapy.Methods Data of 70 patients with advanced lung cancer were collected.Random number table method was used to group,namely the control group and the study group,30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional three-line chemotherapy.The study group was treated with Apatinib on the basis of the control group.Results The positive expression of Ape1/Ref-1 protein in advanced lung cancer tissues(91.43%)was significantly higher than that in paracarcinoma tissues(χ^(2)=33.600,P=0.000).Before chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in Ape1/Ref-1 protein relative expression between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the relative expression level of Ape1/Ref-1 protein in both groups was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy.Further comparison between groups showed that the relative expression level of Ape1/Ref-1 protein in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The survival rate of Ape1/Ref-1 negative group(87.50%)was significantly higher than that of Ape1/Ref-1 positive group(χ^(2)=3.949,P=0.047),and the cumulative survival rate of the study group(91.43%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=10.096,P=0.001).Conclusion Ape1/Ref-1 is highly expressed in advanced lung cancer tissues,and the lower the expression,the better the effect of Apatinib combined with third-line chemotherapy.
