摘　　要：目的研究胃癌肿瘤组织中PVT1基因水平与胃癌细胞生物学行为及化疗药物对胃癌组织抑制率的关系。方法采取前瞻性研究,以120例胃癌患者作为研究对象,分析癌症组织以及癌旁组织的PVT1水平,分析不同TNM分期、分化程度、抑癌率、生物学行为患者的癌症组织PVT1水平之间的差异。结果癌症组织的PVT1水平显著高于癌旁组织(t=126.112,P=0.000)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的PVT1水平显著低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者(t=4.919,P=0.000);不同分化程度患者的癌症组织PVT1水平之间的差异存在统计学意义(F=11.023,P=0.000);不同深肌层浸润、脉管浸润、侵犯转移患者的PVT1水平差异显著(t=10.986,10.462,3.174,P=0.000)。不同抑癌率患者的PVT1水平之间的差异存在统计学意义(F=15.381,P=0.000)。结论胃癌肿瘤组织中PVT1基因水平与化疗药物对胃癌组织的抑制率及与胃癌细胞生物学行为均呈现显著的相关性,可作为日后治疗的重要靶点。Objective To study the relationship between the level of PVT1 gene and the biological behavior of gastric cancer cells and the inhibitory rate of chemotherapy drugs in gastric cancer tissues.Methods In this prospective study,120 patients with gastric cancer were selected as research objects to analyze the PVT1 level in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and to analyze the differences in the PVT1 level in cancer tissues of patients with different TNM stages,degrees of differentiation,cancer suppression rate,and biological behaviors.Results The level of PVT1 in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissue(t=126.112,P=0.000).The level of PVT1 in stageⅠtoⅡwas significantly lower than that in stageⅢtoⅣ(t=4.919,P=0.000).There were significant differences in PVT1 levels among patients with different degrees of differentiation(F=11.023,P=0.000).The level of PVT1 in patients with different deep muscle layer infiltration,vascular infiltration,invasion and metastasis was significantly different(t=10.986,10.462,3.174 P=0.000).There were significant differences in PVT1 levels among patients with different cancer suppression rates(F=15.381,P=0.000).Conclusion The level of PVT1 gene in gastric cancer tissues is significantly correlated with the inhibitory rate of chemotherapy drugs on gastric cancer tissues and the biological behavior of gastric cancer cells,which can be used as an important target for future treatment.
