丁苯酞联合替罗非班治疗进展性脑卒中患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丁苯酞注射液或软胶囊联合替罗非班在进展性脑卒中患者中的应用。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月于安阳市第三人民医院就诊的62例进展性脑卒中患者,按照随机抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。观察组采用丁苯酞注射液或软胶囊联合替罗非班进行治疗,对照组采用丁苯酞注射液或软胶囊进行治疗,比较两组治疗前和治疗20 d后神经功能缺损程度、日常生活活动能力、血液学指标(血小板聚集率、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度)及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗20 d后,两组NIHSS评分及恶心呕吐、牙龈出血、消化道出血发生率低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ADL评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液或软胶囊联合替罗非班可提高进展性脑卒中患者的临床疗效,有效改善其血液学指标,提高日常生活能力,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application of butylphthalide injection or soft capsule combined with tirofiban in patients with progressive stroke.Methods:Sixty-two patients with progressive stroke treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Anyang City between January 2019 and December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)by random lottery method.The observation group received butylphthalide injection or soft capsule combined with tirofiban,while the control group was treated with butylphthalide injection or soft capsules.The neurological deficit,activities of daily living and hematological indicators(platelet aggregation rate,low-shear whole blood viscosity,high-shear whole blood viscosity)before treatment and after 20 days of treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 20 days of treatment,the NIHSS score and incidence rates of nausea and vomiting,gingival bleeding and gastrointestinal bleeding in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indicators of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The ADL score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score of observation group was higher compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide injection or soft capsule combined with tirofiban can enhance the clinical efficacy,effectively improve the hematological indicators and promote the activities of daily living of patients with progressive stroke,and it has high safety.
