摘  要:目的:探究无效家庭情感环境对大学生学业倦怠的影响及其内在作用机制。方法:采用父母对孩子消极情绪应对问卷、学业倦怠问卷、情绪不可控信念问卷、自尊问卷,对武汉某高校406名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)无效家庭情感环境正向预测大学生的学业倦怠水平;(2)情绪不可控信念和自尊在无效家庭情感环境和学业倦怠之间分别起单独中介作用和链式中介作用。结论:父母对孩子消极情绪的负面回应方式会促使孩子形成情绪不可控信念,削弱其自尊水平,进而加剧孩子的学业倦怠。Objective:This study aimed to examine the relationship between invalidating environment and academic burnout,and the potential mediating role of emotion uncontrollability beliefs and self-esteem in such a relationship.Meth⁃ods:Four hundred and six undergraduate students from two universities in Wuhan were investigated to complete the ques⁃tionnaires,which included the Coping with Adolescents’Negative Emotions Scale,Academic Burnout Inventory,Emotion Uncontrollability Beliefs Scale,and Self-esteem Scale.Results:①Invalidating environment positively predicted academic burnout among undergraduates;②Emotion uncontrollability beliefs and self-esteem played a mediating role between invali⁃dating environment and academic burnout respectively;③Emotion uncontrollability beliefs and self-esteem played a chain mediating effect between invalidating environment and academic burnout.Conclusion:Invalidating environment could pre⁃dict academic burnout via emotion uncontrollability beliefs and self-esteem.
