超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺肿瘤性质的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺肿瘤性质的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月本院收治的80例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检检查,以术后病理学检查为金标准,分析超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活对不同类型甲状腺肿瘤的诊断效果。结果超声引导下细针穿刺活检对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断准确率为91.25%,其中甲状腺良性肿瘤的诊断准确率为94.23%;分化型甲状腺癌为91.30%;甲状腺未分化癌为60.00%。超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检诊断甲状腺良性肿瘤的灵敏度、特异度分别为90.91%、86.11%,诊断甲状腺未分化癌的灵敏度、特异度分别为63.63%、97.10%,诊断分化型甲状腺癌的灵敏度、特异度分别为80.56%、79.55%。结论超声引导下细针穿刺活检对甲状腺肿瘤具有较高的诊断准确率,且能有效鉴别不同性质的甲状腺肿瘤,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.Methods 80 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from June,2019 to December,2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent ultrasound-guided thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy,and the postoperative pathological examination was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic effect of ultrasound-guided thyroid fine needle aspiration in different types of thyroid tumors.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy for thyroid tumors was 91.25%,and the diagnostic accuracy of benign thyroid tumors was 94.23%;Differentiated thyroid cancer was 91.30%;anaplastic thyroid carcinoma was 60.00%.The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy for thyroid benign tumors were 90.91%and 86.11%,respectively,the sensitivity and specificity of anaplastic thyroid carcinoma were 63.63%and 97.10%,respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity of differentiated thyroid cancer were 80.56%and 79.55%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy has a high diagnostic accuracy rate for thyroid tumors,and can effectively identify different types of thyroid tumors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
