氯氮平联合改良电痉挛治疗精神分裂症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氯氮平联合改良电痉挛治疗(MECT)精神分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1—12月本院收治的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予氯氮平治疗,观察组给予氯氮平联合MECT治疗,比较两组阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、病理症状评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗4周后,观察组阳性症状、阴性症状、病理症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(12.50%)与对照组(17.50%)比较差异无统计学意义。结论氯氮平联合MECT治疗精神分裂症患者效果确切,可改善患者精神病症状,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clozapine combined with modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenic admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clozapine,while the observation group was treated with clozapine combined with MECT,the scores of the positive and negative psychiatric symptom rating scale(PANSS),clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and pathological symptoms between the two groups;after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and pathological symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 67.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(12.50%)and the control group(17.50%).Conclusion Clozapine combined with MECT is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,can improve the symptoms of patients with psychosis,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
