马来酸桂哌齐特治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选取2019年8月至2020年9月本院收治的94例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、记忆功能、日常生活能力、生命质量及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体疾病、一般状况、生理机能、物质功能、精力、情感功能、心理健康、社会功能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗血管性痴呆效果显著,能提高患者认知和记忆功能、日常生活能力及生命质量,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods 94 patients with vascular dementia admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given cinepazide maleate treatment,the clinical efficacy,cognitive function,memory function,daily living ability,quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than 80.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Hastgawa dementia scale(HDS),and activity of daily living(ADL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical disease,general condition,physiological function,material function,energy,emotional function,mental health,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Cinepazide maleate is effective in the treatment of vascular dementia,can improve the cognitive and memory function,daily life ability and quality of life,and has few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
