摘 要:目的分析急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平变化及其与梗死灶直径和神经功能缺损程度评分的相关性。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月本院收治的72例ACI患者作为观察组,另依据梗死灶直径分为大梗死组(梗死灶直径>5 cm,n=22)、中梗死组(3 cm<梗死灶直径≤5 cm,n=24)、小梗死组(1.5 cm<梗死灶直径≤3 cm,n=26);依据神经功能缺损程度评分分为重度组(>15分,n=19)、中度组(4~15分,n=21)、轻度组(<4分,n=32);另选取同期50名健康体检者作为对照组。比较观察组与对照组血清MDA、Hcy、SOD水平,比较不同梗死灶直径、神经功能缺损程度组血清MDA、Hcy、SOD水平,分析血清MDA、Hcy、SOD水平与梗死灶直径、神经功能缺损程度评分的相关性。结果观察组血清MDA、Hcy水平均高于对照组,SOD水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大梗死组血清MDA、Hcy水平均高于中梗死组、小梗死组,血清SOD水平低于中梗死组、小梗死组,且中梗死组血清MDA、Hcy水平均高于小梗死组,血清SOD水平低于小梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度组血清MDA、Hcy水平均高于中度组、轻度组,血清SOD水平低于中度组、轻度组,中度组血清MDA、Hcy水平均高于轻度组,血清SOD水平低于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清MDA、Hcy水平与梗死灶直径、神经功能缺损程度评分均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),血清SOD水平与梗死灶直径、神经功能缺损程度评分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论血清MDA、Hcy、SOD水平可作为临床诊断及评估ACI进展的依据。Objective To analyze the changes of serum homocysteine(Hcy),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and their correlation with infarct diameter and neurological impairment degree score.Methods A total of 72 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were selected as the observation group,in addition,they were divided into large infarction group(infarct diameter>5 cm,n=22),middle infarction group(3 cm<infarct diameter≤5 cm,n=24)and small infarction group(1.5 cm<infarct diameter≤3 cm,n=26)according to the diameter of infarct;and they were divided into severe group(>15 scores,n=19),moderate group(4-15 scores,n=21)and mild group(<4 scores,n=32)according to the neurological impairment degree score;and another 50 health examiners during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum MDA,Hcy,SOD were compared between the observation group and the control group,and the levels of serum MDA,Hcy,SOD in the groups with different infarct diameters and different degrees of neurological deficits,and the correlation between the levels of serum MDA,Hcy and SOD and the infarct diameter and the neurological impairment degree score was analyzed.Results The serum MDA and Hcy levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the SOD level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum MDA and Hcy levels in the large infarction group were higher than those in the middle infarction group and small infarction group,while the SOD level was lower than that in the middle infarction group and small infarction group,and the serum MDA and Hcy levels in the middle infarction group were higher than those in the small infarction group,and the serum SOD level was lower than that in the small infarction group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum MDA and Hcy levels in the severe group were higher than those in the m
