摘 要:目的探讨图像分析定量病理技术对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治50例罹患乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,均进行图像分析定量病理技术检查。以手术病理结果为金标准,分析图像分析定量病理技术诊断乳腺癌的准确度及细胞核形态与癌细胞转移的关系。结果50例乳腺癌患者均经手术病理检查证实,图像分析定量病理技术诊断乳腺癌49例,误诊1例,准确度为98.00%。癌细胞转移患者DNA指数低于癌细胞未发生转移患者,细胞核面积大于癌细胞未发生转移患者,细胞核周长长于癌细胞未发生转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图像分析定量病理技术诊断乳腺癌,具有较高的诊断准确度,且可通过观察细胞核形态,为判断是否发生癌细胞转移及预后提供重要参考依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of quantitative pathologic techniques of image analysis in breast cancer.Methods 50 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and all of them were examined by quantitative pathological techniques of image analysis,with the surgical pathological results as the gold standard,the accuracy of quantitative pathological techniques of image analysis in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and the relationship between nuclear morphology and cancer cell metastasis were analyzed.Results All 50 cases of breast cancer were confirmed by surgical pathological examination,49 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by quantitative pathological techniques of image analysis,1 case was misdiagnosed,the accuracy was 98.00%.The DNA index of patients with cancer cell metastasis was lower than that of patients with cancer cells without metastasis,the nuclear area was larger than that of patients with cancer cells without metastasis,and the nuclear circumference was longer than that of patients with cancer cells without metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative pathological techniques of image analysis has=high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and can provide an important reference basis for judging whether cancer cell metastasis and prognosis occurs by observing the nuclear morphology.
