摘 要:目的 探讨叙事医学和循证医学教学法在肾病科本科生临床教学的作用。方法 选择安徽中医药大学50名本科生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各25名。观察组采用叙事医学和循证医学教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过理论考试成绩和调查问卷的形式比较2组临床教学效果。结果 观察组理论知识、临床思维和总成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组对教学法提高理论知识、临床思维、人文精神、主动学习、课堂氛围、医患沟通、书写技巧、文献获取等方面的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学法满意度为96%(24/25),优于对照组的52%(13/25)(P<0.01)。结论 在肾病科本科生临床教学过程中,采用叙事医学和循证医学教学法,可以提高本科生对基本理论和临床思维的掌握程度,有助于培养本科生的循证医学意识和人文素养,大幅度提高教学效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the role of narrative medicine and evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of undergraduates in nephrology.Methods A total of 50 undergraduates from Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 students in each group.The observation group adopted narrative medicine and evidence-based medicine teaching method,and the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The clinical teaching ef-fects of the two groups were compared by the results of theoretical examination and questionnaire.Results The theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking and total scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The satis-faction of the observation group was better than that of the control group in improving theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking,human-istic spirit,active learning,classroom atmosphere,doctor-patient communication,writing skills and literature acquisition(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching method in the observation group was 96%(24/25),which was better than that in the control group(52%,13/25)(P<0.01).Conclusion In the clinical teaching process of undergraduates in nephrology department,narrative medicine and evidence-based medicine teaching method can strengthen the master of basic theory and clinical thinking of undergraduates,help to cultivate the consciousness of evidence-based medicine and humanistic quality of undergraduates,and greatly improve the teaching effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
