元胡止痛滴丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察分析元胡止痛滴丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果及对视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的影响。方法 选取江西中医药大学附属医院2019年4月—2020年12月收治的66例偏头痛患者,随机分配为对照组33例,采用元胡止痛滴丸治疗;治疗组33例,采用元胡止痛滴丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。对比2组患者治疗后的临床效果、VAS评分、不良反应发生率,以及治疗前后偏头痛发作持续时间。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率100.00%(33/33)高于对照组的81.82%(27/33)(P<0.05);VAS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);不良反应发生率6.06%(2/33)低于对照组的45.45%(15/33)(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者偏头痛持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的偏头痛持续时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗偏头痛患者,首选元胡止痛滴丸联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,效果显著,VAS评分降低,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pill combined with flunarizine capsule on clinical efficacy and VAS score of migraine.Methods 66 patients with migraine treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2020 were randomly assigned to the control group of 33 cases treated with Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pill and the treatment group of 33 cases treated with Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pill combined with flunarizine capsule.The clinical effi-cacy,VAS score,the probability of adverse reactions and the safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%(33/33),which was higher than 81.82%(27/33)of control group(P<0.05).VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 6.06%(2/33),which was lower than that of the control group(45.45%,15/33)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the duration of migraine between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the duration of migraine in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of migraine pa-tients,Yuanhu Zhitong dropping pill combined with flunarizine capsule is the first choice.It has significant clinical effect and better VAS score,which is worthy of popularization.
