摘 要:随着中医研究生招生规模的逐渐扩大及“双轨合一”制度的广泛推行,中医临床专业型研究生在接受住院医师规范化培训的同时,还需接受研究生教育。目前研究生应该达到的科研水准以及对应的培训计划并没有明确的标准。文章结合作者为期1年的美国科研训练心得体会,试图从文献学习及交流方面,探讨培养研究生科研能力的具体可行的方案。With the gradual expansion of the enrollment scale of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students and the widespread implementation of the dual track integration mode,clinical medicine postgraduates not only need to receive standardized training as residents,but also need to complete the graduate education in the entire standardized training.At present,there is no clear standard stipulating the scientific research level that graduate students should reach and the corresponding training plan.This article combined the author’s experience of the one-year scientific research training in the United States,and attempted to explore specific and feasible plans for the cultivation of graduate research ability from the perspective of literature study and communication.
