经脐单孔腹腔镜与传统腹腔镜治疗卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜与传统腹腔镜治疗卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年6月来本院治疗的卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,对照组患者给予传统腹腔镜进行治疗,研究组患者则给予经脐单孔腹腔镜进行治疗。观察两组患者的术中情况、术后情况、手术并发症、术后24h疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及切口美观满意度评分。结果:两组均未发生围手术期并发症。两组患者手术时间和术中肿瘤破裂率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术中出血量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排气时间、住院时间、VAS评分低于对照组,切口满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单孔腹腔镜不仅可以减轻腹腔镜治疗卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者的术后疼痛,还能提高患者的切口美观满意度。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of transumbilical single-port laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopyin the treatment of mature ovarian teratoma.Methods:A total of 80 patients with mature ovarian teratoma who were treated in our hospital from February to 2021 in 2019 were collected,patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparoscopy,while those in the study group were treated with Transumbilical single-port laparoscopy.The intraoperative condition,postoperative condition,postoperative complications,24-hour postoperative pain visual simulation score and 3-month postoperative incision satisfaction score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:No perioperative complications occurred in both groups.There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative tumor rupture rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the study group had lower postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay and 24h postoperative pain visual simulation score than those in the control group.The score of patients'satisfaction with incision 3 months after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single-port laparoscopic surgery without laparoscopy can reduce the postoperative pain of patients with ovarian mature teratoma,and improve the patients’incision aesthetic satisfaction,it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
