摘　　要：目的探讨经乳晕入路完全腔镜手术治疗良性病变的临床价值。方法选取2018年2月至2020年10月营口市第六人民医院收治的110例良性甲状腺病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组55例。对照组采用颈部切口肿瘤切除术治疗,观察组采用经乳晕入路完全腔镜下甲状腺切除术治疗。比较两组手术时间、手术出血量、术后引流量、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术出血量、术后引流量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为1.82%,显著低于对照组的14.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经乳晕入路完全腔镜下甲状腺切除术治疗良性甲状腺病变,不仅可缩短患者手术时间、住院时间,减少手术出血量与术后引流量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of total endoscopic thyroidectomy through areolar approach in the treatment of benign lesions.Methods A total of 110 patients with benign thyroid diseases admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Yingkou City from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to computer random number method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical incision tumor resection,and the observation group was treated with total endoscopic thyroidectomy through areolar approach.The operation time,blood loss,drainage volume,hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of blood loss and drainage volume were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.82%,which was significantly lower than 14.55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total endoscopic thyroidectomy through areolar approach can not only shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients,but also reduce the amount of surgical bleeding and postoperative drainage flow,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
