采用不同修复方法治疗儿童牙体缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究采用不同修复方法治疗儿童牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月至2021年3月本院收治的84例拟行牙体缺损治疗的患儿作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组予以常规复合树脂修复法治疗,观察组在予以金属预成冠修复法治疗,比较两组粘合、咬合合格情况、不良反应发生及6个月后复查情况。结果观察组粘合合格率和咬合合格率分别为95.24%、97.62%,均显著高于对照组的73.81%、69.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.38%,显著低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组继发龋、牙体断裂、修复体断裂总发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用金属预成冠修复法治疗儿童牙体缺损病效果显著,能有效提高患儿的粘合、咬合合格率,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different restoration methods in the treatment of dental defects in children.Methods A total of 84 children who were to be treated for dental defects in our hospital from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional composite resin repair method,and the observation group was treated with metal precrown restoration method,the adhesion and occlusal qualification,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the review after six months were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of adhesion and occlusion in the observation group were 95.24%and 97.62%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 73.81%and 69.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.38%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the total incidence of secondary caries,dental fracture and restoration fracture was 4.76%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 28.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metal precrown restoration method is effective in the treatment of dental defects in children,which can effectively improve the adhesion and occlusal rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
