摘　　要：目的探究超声测量内脏脂肪沉积与子宫肌瘤发生的相关性。方法选取2021年1—6月本院妇科门诊收治的60例子宫肌瘤育龄妇女作为观察组,另选取同期于本院门诊接受常规妇科检查60名无子宫肌瘤证据的育龄妇女作为对照组。两组均行阴道超声扫描,比较两组临床资料、腹膜前脂肪厚度(PFT)、皮下脂肪厚度(SFT),采用Pearson分析内脏脂肪沉积与子宫肌瘤发生的相关性。结果两组年龄、肌瘤直径、肌瘤体积、妊娠次数、生育率及是否口服避孕药、吸烟、有肌瘤相关症状占比比较差异无统计学意义。观察组体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)均高于对照组,PET、SFT均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,PET、SFT与子宫肌瘤发病呈正相关性(r>0,P<0.01)。结论内脏脂肪沉积越严重,子宫肌瘤发病率越高,需定期超声检测内脏脂肪沉积情况,以便临床预防子宫肌瘤的发生。Objective To explore the the correlation between visceral fat deposition and uterine fibroids measured by ultrasonography.Methods 60 women of childbearing age with uterine fibroids admitted to the gynecological clinic of our hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 60 women of childbearing age without evidence of uterine fibroids were selected as the control group.Vaginal ultrasonography scan was performed in both groups,the clinical data,preperitoneal fat thickness(PFT)and subcutaneous fat thickness(SFT)were compared between the two groups,Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between visceral fat deposition and the occurrence of uterine fibroids.Results There were no significant differences in age,fibroid diameter,fibroid volume,pregnancy frequency,fertility rate and the proportion of oral contraceptives,smoking,fibroid-related symptoms between the two groups.Body mass index(BMI)and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)of observation group were higher than control group,PET and SFT were longer than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that PET and SFT were positively correlated with the incidence of uterine fibroids(r>0,P<0.01).Conclusion The more serious the visceral fat deposition,the higher the incidence of uterine fibroids,visceral fat deposits should be examined periodically by ultrasonography,in order to prevent the occurrence of uterine fibroids clinically.
