健脾益气化瘀汤辅助治疗慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾益气化瘀汤辅助治疗慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月本院收治的100例慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用健脾益气化瘀汤辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果、抗氧化与炎症指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-23]及复发情况。结果治疗前,两组腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组MDA、IL-17、IL-23、SOD水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组MDA、IL-17、IL-23水平均低于治疗前,SOD水平均高于治疗前,且观察组MDA、IL-17、IL-23水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义。结论健脾益气化瘀汤辅助治疗慢性复发型溃疡性结肠炎的效果显著,能明显提高患者抗氧化能力,从而减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Huayu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the study group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group,the treatment effect,antioxidant and inflammatory indexes(malondialdehyde[MDA],superoxide dismutase[SOD],interleukin[IL]-17,IL-23)and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucous pus and blood stool between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain and mucous pus and blood stool of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of MDA,IL-17,IL-23 and SOD between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of MDA,IL-17 and IL-23 of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the level of SOD of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels of MDA,IL-17 and IL-23 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Huayu decoction has remarkable effect in the adjuvant treatment of chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis,which can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of patients and reduce inflammatory response,and is worthy of clinical promotion and
