康复新液联合质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效及对患者胃肠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效及对患者胃肠激素水平的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月本院收治的84例RE患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复新液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状改善积分、胃肠激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组反酸、烧心、胸骨痛及嗳气积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组反酸、烧心、胸骨痛及嗳气积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组GAS、MOT水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑可增强反流性食管炎治疗效果,改善患者胃肠激素代谢,促进临床症状消失,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE)and its impact on gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients.Methods 84 RE patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and incidence condition of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of acid reflux,heartburn,sternal pain,and belching between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of acid reflux,heartburn,sternal pain,and belching of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of GAS and MOT of two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole can enhance the treatment effect of reflux esophagitis,improve gastrointestinal hormone metabolism,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,be safe and reliable,and be worthy of clinical promotion and application.
