血浆LncRNAs-H19在三阴性乳腺癌肝转移早期诊断及预后评估中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究血浆LncRNAs-H19在三阴性乳腺癌肝转移早期诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月至2021年6月本院收治的40例三阴性乳腺癌患者作为乳腺癌组,并根据其肝转移情况分为转移组(n=16)与非转移组(n=24),另选取同期40例乳腺良性疾病患者作为良性组,40名健康体检者作为对照组。3组均采集血液样板进行血清生化指标检查,并依据检查结果分别对乳腺癌组、良性组予以相应的治疗。比较3组、转移组与非转移组血浆LncRNAs-H19的表达水平及乳腺癌组、良性组生命质量评分及2年生存率。结果乳腺癌组血浆LncRNAs-H19的表达水平明显高于良性组与对照组,且良性组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。转移组血浆LncRNAs-H19表达水平为(81.21±8.32)2-^(ACT),显著高于非转移组的(66.21±6.32)2-^(ACT),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性组生命质量评分、2年生存率均高于非转移组与转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);转移组生命质量评分明显低于非转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组2年生存率比较差异无统计学意义。结论血浆LncRNAs-H19在三阴性乳腺癌肝转移早期诊断及预后评估中具有重要的指导意义。Objective To explore the value of plasma LncRNAs-H19 in the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of liver metastases from three negative breast cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients with three negative breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the breast cancer group,and they were divided into the metastasis group(n=16)and the non-metastasis group(n=24)according to their liver metastasis,40 patients with benign breast diseases were selected as the benign group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The blood samples of the three groups were collected for serum biochemical index examination,and the breast cancer group and the benign group were treated according to the examination results.The expression levels of plasma LncRNAs-H19 among the three groups,metastasis group and non-metastasis group,the quality of life score and 2-year survival rate of breast cancer group and benign group were compared.Results The expression levels of plasma LncRNAs-H19 in breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in benign group and control group,and the benign group was significantly higher than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of plasma LncRNAs-H19 in the metastatic group was(81.21±8.32)2-^(ACT),which was significantly higher than(66.21±6.32)2-^(ACT)in the non metastatic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and 2-year survival rate in the benign group were significantly higher than those in the non metastatic and metastatic groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score in the metastatic group was significantly lower than that in the non metastatic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in 2-year survival between the two groups.Conclusion Plasma LncRNAs-H19 have important guiding significance in the early diagnosis and
