摘　　要：间歇性外斜视是介于外隐斜和恒定性外斜视之间的发散性斜视,其向恒定性外斜视发展会导致双眼视觉功能的破坏。间歇性外斜视手术治疗不仅能解决美学需求,更可阻止其向恒定性斜视发展,从而改善立体视。然而,手术存在过矫风险,对双眼视觉可能造成更大的损害。科学评估手术时机是间歇性外斜视患者管理的重要环节,而融合控制力则是反映间歇性外斜视严重程度的重要指标。本文旨在对间歇性外斜视患者双眼视觉功能、融合控制力及手术时机进行综述。Intermittent exotropia is a divergent exotropia between cryptic exotropia and constant exotropia,its development to constant exotropia will lead to the destruction of binocular visual function.Intermittent exotropia surgery is not only to solve the aesthetic needs,but also to prevent its development to the constant strabismus,so as to improve stereoscopic vision.However,the operation has the risk of overcorrection,causing greater damage to binocular vision.Scientific evaluation of operative timing is an important link in the management of patients with intermittent exotropia,and fusion control is an important indicator to reflect the severity of intermittent exotropia.This article will review the progress of binocular vision function,fusion control and surgical timing in patients with intermittent exotropia.
