内镜下套扎术辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤的效果

摘　　要：目的探究内镜下套扎术辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月本院收治的70例胃黏膜下肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为传统组与观察组,各35例。传统组行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗,观察组行内镜下套扎术辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗,比较两组肿瘤切除情况、手术治疗情况、并发症发生情况。结果观察组完整切除率为94.29%,高于传统组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间长于传统组,住院时间短于传统组,术中出血量、住院费用均少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,低于传统组的25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎术辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤可有效切除肿瘤,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of endoscopic band ligation assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of gastric submucosal tumors.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastric submucosal tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into traditional group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic band ligation assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection,the tumor resection,surgical treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The complete resection rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was longer than that in the traditional group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the traditional group,the intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization expenses were less than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 25.71%in the traditional group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic band ligation assisted endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of gastric submucosal tumors can effectively remove tumors and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
