摘 要:目的探讨低剂量X线在留置胃肠营养管位置判断中的应用。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的40例需鼻胃管喂养(鼻饲)患者作为研究对象。每位患者均进行不同剂量腹部平片检查,其中A剂量为管电压80 kV,常规管电流,B剂量为管电压80 kV,常规管电流的75%,C剂量为管电压80 kV,常规剂量管电流的50%,比较A、B、C三种摄片条件剂量及图像评分。结果3种摄片条件剂量、图像评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B、C摄片条件剂量均小于A,C摄片条件剂量小于B,C摄片条件图像评分均低于A、B,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A与B摄片条件图像评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论适当降低X线计量可减少患者辐射剂量,但不影响X线平片对留置鼻胃管位置判断的准确性。Objective To investigate the application of low-dose X-ray in determining the position of indentured gastrointestinal nutrition tube.Methods 40 patients requiring nasal feeding admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Each patient underwent abdominal plain film examination at different doses:A dose was 80 kV tube voltage and conventional tube current;B dose was 80 kV tube voltage and 75%of conventional tube current;C dose was 80 kV tube voltage and 50%of conventional dose tube current,the dose and image score of A,B and C were compared.Results There were significant differences in the condition dose and image score of the three kinds of radiography(P<0.05),and the condition dose of B and C radiography was less than that of A,the condition dose of C radiography was less than that of B,and the image score of C radiography was lower than that ofAand B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in image score between A and B conditions.Conclusion Appropriate X-ray measurement can reduce the radiation dose of patients without affecting the accuracy of X-ray plain film in judging the position of indwelling nasogastric tube.
