摘 要:在数字化转型背景下,研究资质过剩感对越轨创新的影响机制,并从个人责任感知角度引入建设性责任知觉,探究其在两者之间的中介作用。运用层次回归分析法,对数字化转型企业331位员工的问卷数据进行实证分析,结果表明:员工资质过剩感对越轨创新有显著正向影响,建设性责任知觉在两者之间发挥中介作用。结合当前关键核心技术创新的严峻形势,考虑数字化转型的影响,为企业管理提出建议,最大限度发挥越轨创新的积极作用提升科技创新实力。In the context of digital transformation,this paper studies the influencing mechanism of perceived overqualification on deviant innovation,and introduces constructive responsibility perception from the perspective of personal responsibility perception to explore its intermediary role between perceived overqualification and deviant innovation.Using the method of hierarchical regression analysis,this paper empirically analyzes the questionnaire data of 331 employees'of enterprises undergoing digital transformation.The results show that employees'overqualification has a significant positive impact on deviant innovation,and the constructive responsibility perception plays a mediating role between the two.Finally,in combination with the severe situation of current key core technology innovation,considering the impact of digital transformation,this paper puts forward suggestions for enterprise management,and maximizes the positive role of deviant innovation to enhance scientific and technological innovation strength.
