摘 要:从联盟成员的竞争和合作关系角度出发,建立一个动态演化博弈模型,对风险系数、有效创新效率、研发投入、核心竞争力系数、整合优势资源能力、知识溢出吸收能力等因素对我国高技术船舶产业创新联盟稳定性的影响进行系统研究,利用Matlab模拟分析了上述因素的作用。结果表明:较高的有效创新效率、核心能力、整合优势资源能力、知识溢出吸收能力能够降低不确定性,维持联盟的稳定;较高的风险系数与合作创新研发投入可能会转变为竞争关系,降低联盟的稳定性。最后,针对高技术船舶产业创新联盟的发展状况,对提高高技术船舶产业创新联盟的稳定性提出了一些管理建议。Based on the perspective of alliance member competition and cooperative relationship,this paper constructed an evolutionary game model to systematically study the influence of risk coefficient,effective innovation efficiency,R&D investment,core competency coefficient,ability to integrate advantageous resources,ability to absorb knowledge spillover and other factors on stability of China's high-tech shipbuilding industry innovation alliance and used Matlab to conduct simulation analysis on the effect of the above factors.The results show that:the results show that higher effective innovation efficiency,core competence,ability to integrate advantageous resources,and ability to absorb knowledge spillover can reduce uncertainty and maintain the stability of the alliance;higher risk coefficient and R&D investment may change the alliance into a competition relationship and reduce the stability of the alliance.Finally,combined with the development status of China's high-tech shipbuilding industry,this paper puts forward some management suggestions to improve the stability of the high-tech shipbuilding industry innovation alliance.
