摘  要:建立连续流动注射法(Flow injection analyzer)测定食品接触用纸制品中甲醛提取量的快速测试方法。食品接触用纸制品经过冷水或热水提取后,水溶液中的甲醛利用流动注射法进行分析。经过主要参数的优化,选择到达阀时间为50 s、出峰时间为42 s,外标法定量。该方法检测效率高,可在5 min左右完成甲醛提取量的测定,方法灵敏度高,检出限可低至0.02 mg/dm^(2),相关系数(r^(2))>0.998,加标回收率为87%~103%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~4.2%(n=6)。对228款纸制品实际样品进行了检测,检出率为6.6%,甲醛提取量的检测结果在0.036~0.302 mg/dm^(2)之间。该方法便捷、准确、高效、灵敏,适用于食品接触用纸制品中甲醛的快速检测。To establish a fast method for the determination of residual formaldehyde in food contact paper articles by the continuous Flow injection analyzer.The food contact paper articles were extracted by cold water or hot water,and the amount of formaldehyde was analyzed by flow injection analyzer,set the arrival time of the valve to 50 s and the appearance time to 42 s,and external standard quantitative method.The method could be used to determine the amount of formaldehyde residue in about 5 min.The limit of detection of the method was in a range of 0.06 mg/dm^(2),regression coefficient(r^(2))was greater than 0.998,the recoveries were 87%-103%,and the precision was 1.8%-4.2%(n=6).Formaldehyde was detected in 228 paper articles,the detection rate was 6.6%,and the residual amount of formaldehyde was 0.036-0.302 mg/dm^(2).This method is convenient,fast,accurate and suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in food contact paper articles.
