某省居民健康体检满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查某省居民健康体检满意度以及基层医院体检服务开展情况,从基层医院和居民个人两个层次全面分析居民满意度的影响因素,提出提高居民满意度的有效措施。方法于2018年5-10月采用典型抽样的方式从该省抽取88所基层医院,对样本医院健康体检实施情况进行问卷调查。采用方便抽样的方法对在样本医院体检的2159名15岁及以上居民针对基本信息、健康体检实施情况与满意度进行问卷调查,采用分层线性模型通过在基层医院和个人两个层面对影响居民满意度的因素进行分析。结果居民对健康体检的满意度为92.18%。居民个人因素层面上,文化程度、职业、医保类型、是否接受健康咨询、体检前是否被告知体检注意事项、是否享受免费早餐是影响居民满意度的因素(P<0.05);基层医院层面上,体检结果反馈天数越长居民满意度越低(P<0.05)。结论该省居民对健康体检的满意度较高。居民个人层面与基层医院层面上均会对居民健康体检满意度造成影响。基层医院完善体检前的注意事项告知、体检过程中的人文关怀、体检后的结果反馈与健康咨询,均能明显提高居民健康体检满意度。Objective By investigating the satisfaction of residents'with physical examination and the development of physical examination services in primary hospitals in a province,this paper comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of residents'satisfaction from the two levels of primary hospitals and residents,and puts forward effective measures to improve residents'satisfaction.Methods From May to October 2018,88 primary hospitals in the province were selected by typical sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey on the implementation of physical examination.Using the method of convenient sampling,2159 residents aged 15 and over who underwent physical examination in the sample hospital were collected and investigated by questionnaire on basic information,implementation and satisfaction of physical examination.Hierarchical linear model was used to analyze the factors affecting residents'satisfaction at the two levels of primary hospitals and individuals.Results Residents'satisfaction with physical examination was 92.18%.At the level of personal factors,educational level,occupation,type of medical insurance,whether to accept health consultation,whether to be informed of physical examination precautions before physical examination,and whether to enjoy free breakfast were the factors affecting residents'satisfaction(P<0.05).The longer the feedback days of physical examination results at the primary hospital level,the lower the residents'satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Residents in the province are highly satisfied with physical examination.Both residents'personal level and primary hospital level have impact on residents'satisfaction with physical examination.Primary hospitals can significantly improve residents'satisfaction with physical examination by improving the notification of precautions before physical examination,humanistic care in the process of physical examination,quicker result feedback and health consultation after physical examination.
