摘 要:随着ChatGPT艺术创作能力的快速发展,其主体性建构成为一个重要学术议程。探讨ChatGPT主体性既不能脱离笛卡尔等人所建构的原典语境,也不能囿于西方话语框架,因为这个以理性为基石的框架越来越显现出保守性与局限性,为此,一个基于理性、意志和欲求能力三位一体的新型主体观被构建出来。依据这一系统观,目前的ChatGPT因为其算力结构缺失自我意识和欲求能力,尚不具备艺术创作的主体资格,而要赋予ChatGPT这两种功能又面临着诸多伦理和法理风险与挑战。只有在所有这些风险和挑战都足以被人类绝对应对和管控的条件下,我们才能赋予ChatGPT主体地位。With the rapid development of ChatGPT's artistic creation ability,the issue of its subjectivity construction has become an important academic agenda.Exploring the subjectivity of ChatGPT cannot be separated from the classical context constructed by Descartes and others,nor can it be confined to the Western discourse framework,because this framework based on rationality is increasingly showing conservatism and limitations.Therefore,a new principle of subjectivity based on the trinity of rationality,will,and desire ability has been constructed.According to this new systematic view,the current ChatGPT lacks self-awareness and desire ability due to its computational power structure,and does not yet possess the qualification of an artistic creation subject.However,endowing ChatGPT with these two functions faces many ethical and legal risks and challenges.Only when all these risks and challenges are sufficient for human absolute control can we give ChatGPT a position of the artistic subject.
