摘　　要：新型职业农民专业化发展是弥补集生产、技术、经营、管理为一体的复合型、创新型乡村振兴人才不足的重要方式。为有效提振乡村振兴战略背景下民族地区新型职业农民专业化发展新功能,应在规避概念同构、逻辑路线、评判标准等建构依赖沉疴的基础上,创新职业农民专业化发展路径,走“三动”“三双”“三到”“三防”型路径重构之路,培养更多助推民族地区农业农村现代化和乡村全面振兴的专业化人才。Professional development of new professional farmers is an important may to solve the problem of insufficient talent for the composite and innovative rural revitalization that integrates production,technology,operation,and management.In order to enhance the new function of ethnic areas professional development of new professional farmers under the background of rural revitalization,it should innovate the path on the basic of avoiding the path construction dependency problems such as conceptual isomorphism,logical route,and evaluation criteria,etc,we should take the path of reconstruction of the three motions,three pairs,three arrivals and three defenses,cultivate more specialized talents to promote agricultural and rural modernization and comprehensive rural revitalization in ethnic areas.
