摘　　要：本研究创造性地提出建筑全过程集成概念,将全过程工程咨询与EPC工程总承包合二为一。建筑全过程集成是回归建筑全过程一体化的本初,也是建筑师负责制的本初。旗帜鲜明地将建筑概念设计提升至首要地位,落实建筑师负责制,提出建筑概念设计引领建筑全过程集成的理念。期望解决当下设计与建造不能完美衔接的痛点问题,将全行业的建筑设计水平,包括审美、质量、使用、安全、经济等提升至一个新的高度。This research creatively proposes the concept of the integration of the entire construction process by combining the whole construction process consultation with EPC engineering general contracting.The integration of the entire construction process traces back to the original integration of the construction process,which is also the original principle of the architect responsibility system.With architectural conceptual design as the primary goal and the implementation of the architect responsibility system as the principle,a solution is proposed to integrate the whole construction process guided by architectural conceptual design,aiming to solve the problem of imperfect connection between design and construction and improve the level of architecture to a new level,including aesthetics,quality,usage,safety and cost.
