摘 要:Couinaud于1994年首次提出肝S9段的命名,刘允怡于2016年在他的著作《肝切除与肝移植应用解剖学》中进一步推介了这一命名,但是长期以来在肝脏外科界并没有获得广泛认可及支持。近年来,由于腔镜技术的推广与逐步成熟,对肝脏的解剖和肝脏管道走行有了更精细的了解和需求,因此本文对肝S9段的临床价值和意义作进一步的探讨。Couinaud first proposed the naming of S9 segment of liver in 1994,and Liu Yunyi further promoted this naming in his work"Applied Anatomy of Hepatectomy and Liver Transplantation"in 2016.However,it has not been widely recognized and supported in the field of liver surgery for a long time.In recent years,due to the promotion and gradual maturity of endoscopic technology,there has been a more detailed understanding and demand for anatomy of liver and bile duct.Therefore,this article further explores the clinical value and significance of s9 segment of liver.
