含水量对长柄水青冈种子萌发及生理特性的影响

摘  要:研究不同含水量条件下长柄水青冈种子发芽率和内含物质的变化规律,找到种子贮藏最适含水量,为长柄水青冈种子贮藏提供科学指导。通过设置3.79%、5.05%、11.63%、14.38%和18.13%5个不同水平种子含水量,定期测定种子发芽率及内含物质生理生化指标,研究不同含水量条件下长柄水青冈种子萌发及生理特性随着时间变化的规律。(1)在6个月的贮藏期间,5个水平含水量的种子萌发特性均发生了显著变化,各处理间差异显著。其中,含水量18.13%的种子发芽率降幅最大,至贮藏结束时已失去活性,发芽率为0;含水量5.05%的种子发芽率降幅最小,至贮藏结束时种子还具有萌发能力,发芽率为9.0%;各含水量的种子发芽率在贮藏60~90 d期间均达到最大值。(2)各含水量的种子可溶性蛋白、粗脂肪、淀粉含量随着贮藏时间的延长呈下降趋势。含水量18.13%的种子可溶性蛋白、粗脂肪、淀粉含量降幅最大,含量最低;含水量3.79%的种子3个指标值都最高,含水量5.05%的种子次之。(3)各含水量的种子可溶性糖和MDA (丙二醛)含量随着贮藏时间的延长而升高,高含水量的种子比低含水量的种子上升幅度大;贮藏结束时,含水量18.13%的种子比含水量3.79%的种子可溶性糖和MDA含量分别高出4.87%和3.58%。长柄水青冈种子有生理后熟现象,常温下需要30~60 d完成。常温干藏条件下5.05%含水量能够较好地延长长柄水青冈种子寿命,但长柄水青冈种子不适宜用常温干藏长期保存。To study the change rule of germination percentage and content of seeds of Fagus longipetiolata under different water content conditions,find the optimal water content for seed storage,and provide scientific guidance for seed storage of Fagus longipetiolata.By setting seed water content at 5 different levels,i.e.3.79%,5.05%,11.63%,14.38% and 18.13%,the seed germination rate and physiological and biochemical indexes of the contents were measured regularly to study the regularity of seed germination and physiological characteristics of Fagus longipetiolata under different water content conditions.(1) During the 6-month storage period,the germination characteristics of seeds with 5 levels of water content had significant changes,and there were significant differences among the treatments.Among them,the germination rate of seeds with water content of 18.13% decreased the most,and had lost its activity by the end of storage,and the germination rate was 0;the seed with 5.05% water content had the smallest decline in germination rate,and the seed still had the ability to germinate at the end of storage,with a germination rate of 9.0%;the germination rate of seeds with different water content reached the maximum during 60~90 days storage.(2) The contents of soluble protein,crude fat and starch of seeds with different water contents decreased with the extension of storage time.the content of soluble protein,crude fat and starch in seeds with water content of 18.13% decreased the most and the lowest;the seed with 3.79% water content had the highest values of three indicators,followed by the seed with 5.05% water content.(3) The content of soluble sugar and MDA(malondialdehyde) in seeds with different water content increased with the prolongation of storage time,seeds with high water content have a greater increase than seeds with low water content.At the end of storage,the content of soluble sugar and MDA in seeds with 18.13% water content was 4.87% and 3.58% higher than that in seeds with 3.79% water content,respectively.
