思政课教师专业化的历史溯源与出场路径

摘  要:在我国,思政课教师的专业化建设经历了从“政治教员”到“灵魂工程师”,再到“三为、六要、八统一”的漫长演变过程,其培育与进化也由“青涩”走向“成熟”。文章通过对思政课教师专业化历史溯源的总结回顾,指出专业道德建设、综合知识素养和教育科研能力正是当前思政课教师专业化内在意蕴的真实写照,并认为适当的情境创设、问题设置与动机激发能够成为思政课教师实现专业化道德进阶、知识丰富和科研自觉的必要出场路径,以此顺应这一时代趋势的发展。In China,the professional construction of ideological and political course teachers has gone through a long evolution process from"political instructors"to"soul engineers",and then to"three actions,six essentials,and eight unifications".Its cultivation and evolution have also moved from"green"to"mature".The article summarizes and reviews the historical tracing of the professionalization of ideological and political course teachers,pointing out that the construction of professional ethics,comprehensive knowledge literacy,and educational research capabilities are the true portrayal of the inherent meaning of the professionalization of ideological and political course teachers at present.It also believes that appropriate scenario creation,problem setting,and motivation stimulation can become the necessary exit paths for ideological and political course teachers to achieve professional moral advancement,knowledge enrichment,and scientific research consciousness in order to comply with the development trend of this era.
