摘　　要：目的:了解医务人员对实施主诊医师负责制后的查房质量与效率评价情况及相关影响因素。方法:对北京、上海、成都、长沙4家大型公立医院的医务人员进行问卷调查,最终获得560份有效问卷,运用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:医务人员对主诊医师负责制实施后的医疗质量与效率评价均较高(4.19±0.134;4.21±0.207)。人口学差异性不显著;人际沟通与查房质量表现出显著正相关性;人际沟通、医学教育均与查房效率表现出显著负相关性。结论:实施主诊医师负责制可以有效落实查房过程中的医疗内容、人际沟通和医学教育活动,提升查房质量与效率,同时要平衡好医患沟通、临床教学与医疗效率之间的关系。Objective:To evaluate the quality and efficiency of ward rounds by medical staff after the implementation of the attending physician responsibility system.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 560 medical staff in four large public hospitals in Beijing,Shanghai,Chengdu,and Changsha,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Results:The quality and efficiency of ward rounds were higher after the implementation of the responsibility system for attending physicians(4.19±0.134;4.21±0.207).The results showed no significant demographic difference.Interpersonal communication and ward round quality showed a significant positive correlation;Interpersonal communication,medical education,and ward round efficiency showed a significant negative correlation.Conclusion:The implementation of the attending physician responsibility system can effectively implement the medical content,interpersonal communication,and medical education activities in the process of ward rounds,improve the quality and efficiency of ward rounds,and at the same time balance the relationship between doctor-patient communication,clinical teaching,and medical efficiency.
