摘 要:目的探索互联网教学模式在麻醉专业医学生内科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月到2021年11月在南华大学附属第一医院心血管内科实习的30名麻醉专业本科实习生作为研究对象,采用互联网教学模式。通过互联网平台,开展在线查房和临床讨论,让实习同学积极参与到临床病例的讨论和实践中来;同时还开展了专题讲座和临床技能培训。实习培训结束后,通过问卷调查了解学生和教师对互联网教学模式的评价。结果93.33%(28/30)的学生认为互联网教学模式能更好地丰富学习内容,对进一步巩固理论知识有一定帮助。96.67%(29/30)的学生表示在互联网教学模式下,可以及时与教师互动,学习中遇到问题可以得到及时的解答。66.67%(20/30)的学生认为互联网教学模式有助于掌握部分临床技能。教师愿意采用互联网教学模式进行实习教学活动,并且认可其教学效果。结论互联网教学模式在麻醉专业内科实习中是一种相对比较满意的教学方式,能满足麻醉专业内科实习的基本需要,是对内科临床实践的有效补充。Objective To explore the effectiveness of web-based teaching methods in the clinical internship of anesthesiology students in internal medicine.Method Thirty undergraduate anesthesiology interns practicing cardiovascular internal medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from October 2020 to November 2021 were selected as research subjects and an internet-based teaching approach was employed.Through an online platform,virtual ward rounds and clinical discussions were conducted,allowing interns actively participate in the discussion and practice of clinical cases.Additionally,specialized lectures and clinical skill training sessions were held.Upon completion of the internship training,a survey was conducted to gauge students and teachers evaluations on the internet-based teaching model.Results 93.33%(28/30)of students believed that the internet-based teaching model effectively enriched learning content and offered some assistance in consolidating theoretical knowledge.96.67%(29/30)of students indicated that under the internet-based teaching method,timely interaction with teachers was possible,and any encountered issues were promptly addressed.66.67%(20/30)of students considered the internet-based teaching model helpful in mastering certain clinical skills.Teachers were willing to adopt the internet-based teaching model for internship instruction and acknowledged its educational efficacy.Conclusion The internet-based teaching model is a relatively satisfactory approach in the clinical internship of anesthesiology students in internal medicine,fulfilling the fundamental requirements of anesthesiology internships in internal medicine and serving as an effective supplement to clinical practice in internal medicine.
