摘　　要：为探究不同药剂对欧李根癌病的防治效果,采用药剂灌根法,对欧李患病植株进行药剂灌根试验,比较不同药剂对欧李生长指标和根癌病防治效果的影响。结果表明,氢氧化铜+中生菌素对欧李的新梢生长及SPAD值有促进作用,同时对欧李根瘤的生长有一定抑制作用;从对根癌病的防治效果来看,供试杀菌剂中氢氧化铜、根癌灵,以及氢氧化铜+中生菌素对根癌病有一定的治疗作用。In order to explore the prevention and control effects of different pesticides on the crown gall disease of Cerasus humilis,the root irrigation method was used to conduct root irrigation experiments on the diseased plants of C.humilis and the effects of different pesticides on the growth indicators and root cancer disease prevention and control were compared.The results showed that copper hydroxide together with mesobiotin had a promoting effect on the growth of new shoots and leaf SPAD values of C.humilis,while also having a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of C.humilis root nodules;From the perspective of the prevention and treatment effect on crown gall disease,the tested fungicides,such as copper hydroxide and copper hydroxide together with mesobiotin,have a certain therapeutic effect on crown gall disease.
