多层螺旋CT对结直肠癌术前TNM分期诊断的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在结直肠癌(CRC)术前TNM分期中的诊断效能。方法:选取本院2019年5月至2021年5月经病理检查证实为CRC的100例患者,均在本院接受结肠根治性手术治疗。所有患者在术前1周均施以MSCT检查,对比MSCT检查与术后病理检查的一致性。结果:MSCT术前诊断CRC T分期的总体准确率为90.00%(90/100);MSCT术前诊断CRC N分期的总体准确率为87.00%(87/100);MSCT术前诊断CRC M分期的总体准确率为94.00%(94/100)。结论:MSCT在CRC术前TNM分期诊断中精准度较高,利于CRC的尽早识别与尽早施治,值得临床的大力推行。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of multilayer spiral CT(MSCT)in the preoperative TNM stage of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:100 patients with CRC by pathological examination from May 2019 to 2021,allreceived radical surgery in the colon.All patients were treated with MSCT at 1 week prior to surgery to compare the consistency between MSCT and postoperative pathological examination.Results:The overall accuracy of CRC T stage before MSCT was 90.00%(90/100),that of CRC N stage before MSCT was 87.00%(87/100),and that of CRC M stage before MSCT was 94.00%(94/100).Conclusion:MSCT is highly accurate in the preoperative TNM stage diagnosis before CRC,which is conducive to the early identification and treatment of CRC,and deserves vigorous clinical implementation.
