摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭尊严干预对原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者焦虑抑郁、创伤后成长及照顾负担的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月川北医学院附属医院肝胆外科住院的原发性肝癌患者及其主要照顾者90对(患者90例及其主要照顾者90名),按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各45对(患者45例及其主要照顾者45名)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施家庭尊严干预。比较两组主要照顾者干预前后的焦虑抑郁、创伤后成长及照顾负担水平。结果:干预后,观察组主要照顾者焦虑抑郁和照顾负担水平均低于对照组,创伤后成长得分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:家庭尊严干预能有效降低原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者的照顾负担,缓解其焦虑抑郁情绪,提升其创伤后成长水平。Objective To explore the effects of family dignity intervention on anxiety,depression,post-traumatic growth,and caregiver burden in primary caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 90 pairs of patients with primary liver cancer and their caregivers(90 patients and 90 primary caregivers)who were hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 45 pairs(45 patients and 45 primary caregivers)each in the observation group and the control group using the random number table method.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given family dignity intervention on the basis of routine care.The level of anxiety,depression,post-traumatic growth,and caregiver burden of primary caregivers in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The anxiety,depression,and caregiver burden score of primary caregivers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after the intervention,and the post-traumatic growth score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 for all).Conclusions Family dignity intervention can effectively reduce caregiver burden in primary caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer,alleviate their anxiety,depression,and improve their level of post-traumatic growth.
