摘　　要：游离皮瓣移植被广泛用于口腔颌面缺损的重建,从而使得手术更加精确、手术流程更为简洁,游离皮瓣成活机制是近年研究热点之一。该文对游离皮瓣毛细血管再生机制以及游离皮瓣修复头颈缺损后自主性血管再生的评测方法进行了阐述。Free flap transplantation has been widely used in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects to achieve a more accurate operation and a simpler procedure.The survival mechanism of free flap is one of the research hotspots in recent years.This paper reviewed the regeneration mechanism of free flap capillaries and the evaluation method of autonomous revascularization after the repair of head and neck defects with free flap.
