地方综合性大学医学生生活方式现状调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解某综合性院校医学生生活方式现状,为健康教育政策制定提供科学依据。方法以延安大学医学院在校本科生为调查对象,运用整群抽样方法选取样本,采用《健康促进生活方式量表》进行问卷调查,以Epidata 3.1建立数据库,用SPSS 13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果医学生对健康生活方式评价总体得分为94.66分,平均得分率为72.82%。男生得分高于女生,且男生自我实现、健康责任、运动得分均高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同专业总体得分比较差异无统计学意义;不同年级总体得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2020级学生总得分最高,2018级学生总得分最低。结论医学生生活方式评价得分总体处于良好水平,但不同性别、不同年级得分差异显著,应根据不同性别和年级的学生制定有针对性的健康教育措施,提升学生的总体健康水平。Objective To understand the current situation of medical students'life style in local comprehensive universities and provide scientific basis for the formulation of health education policy.Methods The subjects were undergraduates from Medical School of Yan'an University,the sample was selected by cluster sampling method.The questionnaire survey was conducted with the Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale.The database was established with Epidata 3.1 and the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Results The overall score of medical students'assessment of healthy lifestyles was 94.66 points,the average score rate was 72.82%.The score of male students was higher than that of female students,and the scores of self-actualization,health responsibility and exercise of male students were higher than those of female students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in overall scores among different majors.The overall score of different grades was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of students in grade 2020 was the highest,and that of students in grade 2018 was the lowest.Conclusion The scores of life style assessment of medical students were in a good level on the whole,but there were significant difference between different gender and grade,it is necessary to formulate targeted health education measures according to different gender and grade students to improve the overall health level of students.
