超声乳化联合3.0mm切口植入折叠人工晶体术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究超声乳化联合3.0mm切口植入折叠人工晶体术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月武汉艾格眼科医院收治的110例老年白内障患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。对照组行超声乳化联合常规5.5mm切口植入硬片人工晶体术,观察组行超声乳化联合3.0mm切口植入折叠人工晶体术,比较两组视力恢复效果、并发症发生率、生命质量及治疗满意度。结果观察组视力≥0.50占比为85.45%,明显高于对照组的29.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.27%,明显低于对照组的32.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组认知功能、躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、精神健康、一般健康、生理机能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度为94.55%,高于对照组的69.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合3.0mm切口植入折叠人工晶体治疗老年性白内障临床疗效显著,可促进患者视力恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生命质量及治疗满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with 3.0 mm incision implantation of foldable intra-ocular lens in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods A total of 110 patients with senile cataract in Wuhan Aige Eye Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as subjects subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random allocation,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received phacoemulsification combined with conventional 5.5 mm incision im-plantation of hard intraocular lens,and the observation group received phacoemulsification combined with 3.0 mm incision implantation of foldable intraocular lens,the visual acuity recovery effect,incidence of complication,quality of life and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of visual acuity≥0.50 in the observation group was 85.45%,which was significantly higher than 29.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.27%,which was significantly lower than 32.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cog-nitive function,physical function,role function,social function,emotional function,mental health,general health and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the observation group was 94.55%,which was higher than 69.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with 3.0 mm incision implantation of foldable intraocular lens has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of senile cataract,which can promote the vision recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and treatment satisfaction of pati
