遮盖法与遮盖加弱视训练治疗屈光不正性弱视的临床疗效及对患者眼调节功能的比较

摘　　要：目的比较遮盖法与遮盖加弱视训练治疗屈光不正性弱视的临床疗效及患者眼调节功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的82例屈光不正性弱视患儿作为研究对象,其中2018年1月至2019年6月收治的41例屈光不正性弱视患儿作为对照组,给予遮盖治疗,2019年7月至2020年12月收治的41例屈光不正性弱视患儿作为观察组,给予遮盖加弱视训练治疗。比较两组临床疗效、眼调节功能参数(调节幅度、调节反应、调节灵敏度)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组调节反应均低于治疗前,调节幅度均大于治疗前,且观察组调节反应低于对照组,调节幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组单眼、双眼调节灵敏度均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与遮盖治疗相比,遮盖加弱视训练治疗屈光不正性弱视效果更显著,可改善视功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and ocular regulation function of patients with ametropic amblyopia treated by covering method and covering and amblyopia training.Methods A total of 82 children with ametropic amblyopia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and 41 children with ametropic amblyopia admitted from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and given covering treatment.41 children with ametropic amblyopia admitted from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and received covering and amblyopia training.The clinical efficacy and ocular regulation function parameters(adjustment amplitude,adjustment response and adjustment sensitivity)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the adjustment response of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the adjustment amplitude was greater than before treatment,and the adjustment response in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the adjustment amplitude was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,monocular and binocular adjustment sensitivity of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and monocular and binocular adjustment sensitivity in observation group was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with covering therapy,covering and amblyopia training has more significant effect in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia,which can improve visual function and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
