摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗老年青光眼合并白内障的疗效及对患者眼压、视力的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的76例老年青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化手术联合小梁切除术治疗,比较两组手术前后眼压、视力与临床疗效。结果两组眼压组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较:两组术后各时间点眼压均低于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较:术前,两组眼压比较差异无统计学意义;术后1、2、3个月,观察组眼压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组视力组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较:两组术后各时间点视力均高于前一时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较:术前,两组视力比较差异无统计学意义;术后1、2、3个月,观察组视力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗老年青光眼合并白内障疗效显著,可改善患者眼压与视力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy on intraocular pressure and visual acuity in elderly patients with glaucoma combined with cataract.Methods 76 elderly patients with glaucoma combined with cataract admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,the intraocular pressure,visual acuity before and after surgery and clinical efficacy were compared betwen the two groups.Results There were significant differences in intraocular pressure time,inter-group and interaction between the two groups(P<0.05);intra-group comparison:the intraocular pressure of the two groups at each time point after surgery was lower than the previous time point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);inter-group comparison:before surgery,there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups.1,2 and 3 months after surgery,the intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in visual acuity time,intergroup and interaction between the two groups(P<0.05);intra-group comparison:the visual acuity of the two groups at each time point after surgery was higher than the previous time point,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);inter-group comparison:before surgery,there was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups;1,2 and 3 months after surgery,the visual acuity of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the
