摘 要:目的探究微型种植体支抗控制技术在替牙期儿童错[牙合]畸形中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年4月本院收治的98例口腔正畸治疗的替牙期患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组采用口外弓支抗控制技术,研究组采用微型种植体支抗控制技术,比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果研究组上中切牙轴倾角为(27.19±6.28)°,上中切牙凸距为(4.37±1.32)mm,均大于对照组的(12.73±5.09)°、(2.30±0.76)mm,磨牙位移距离为(3.40±0.56)mm,短于对照组的(5.83±0.94)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的22.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗控制技术治疗替牙期患儿口腔正畸疗效确切,可有效缩短磨牙位移距离,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro-implant anchorage control technology in children with malocclusion during dental replacement.Methods 98 patients with mixed dentition who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group used external arch anchorage control technology,while the study group used micro implant anchorage control technology,the treatment effects and complications were copared between the two groups.Results The inclination angle of the upper central incisor axis in the study group was(27.19±6.28)°,and the protrusion of the upper central incisor was(4.37±1.32)mm,which were larger than those in the control group(12.73±5.09)°and(2.30±0.76)mm,respectively,the displacement distance of the molars was(3.40±0.56)mm,which was shorer than that in the control group(5.83±0.94)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 6.12%,which was lower than 22.45%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-implant anchorage control technique has a definite effect on the treatment of orthodontics in children at the dental replacement stage,which can effectively shorten the molar displacement distance,with high safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
