摘　　要：目的探究免疫球蛋白联合泼尼松对重症肌无力患者免疫功能与血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的70例重症肌无力患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方案分为参照组与研究组,各35例。参照组采用泼尼松治疗,研究组采用免疫球蛋白联合泼尼松治疗,比较两组免疫功能及TGF-β1水平。结果治疗前,两组CD4+、CD3+、CD8+水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组CD4+水平低于治疗前,CD3+、CD8+水平均高于治疗前,且研究组CD4+水平低于参照组,CD3+、CD8+水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清TGF-β1水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组TGF-β1水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白联合泼尼松治疗重症肌无力患者疗效显著,可恢复患者免疫功能,改善体内免疫紊乱状态。Objective To investigate the effect of immunoglobulin combined with prednisone on immune function and serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)level in patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with myasthenia gravis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,according to different treatment regimens,they were divided into the reference group and the study group,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with prednisone,and the study group was treated with immunoglobulin combined with prednisone.The changes of immune function and serum TGF-β1 levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD4+,CD3+and CD8+between the two groups;after treatment,the level of CD4+in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3+and CD8+were higher than before treatment,and the level of CD4+in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the levels of CD3+and CD8+were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum TGF-β1 level between the two groups;after treatment,TGF-β1 level in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunoglobulin combined with prednisone is effective in the treatment of myasthenia gravis patients,which can restore the immune function and improve the immune disorder in vivo.
