摘　　要：急性淋巴细胞白血病是一种恶性克隆性肿瘤性疾病,在各种亚型、基因突变体中存在不同的生物学特征及预后,疗效差别很大。本文通过分析1例具有BCR-ABL融合基因e1a3罕见亚型并伴IKZF1基因突变的成人急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者的诊疗过程,并复习相关文献,为临床诊断、治疗提供参考。Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a malignant clonal neoplastic disease,which has different biological characteristics and prognosis in various subtypes and gene mutants,and the efficacy varies greatly.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients with a e1a3 BCR-ABL fusion gene and IKZF1 mutation,and reviews relevant literature to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
