摘 要:目的分析不同年龄段女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的分布情况与宫颈病变的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月于本院接受宫颈HPV筛查患者80例作为研究对象,均进行阴道镜下活检,分析HPV感染的具体情况及分布特点、HPV感染在不同人群中的分布情况、HPV感染在不同年龄患者中的分布情况、HPV单一感染和双重感染及多重感染的分布特点。结果80例患者中HPV感染48例,感染率为60.00%。其中低危型15例,占比31.25%;高危型33例,占比68.75%。宫颈癌、尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染率明显高于宫颈炎患者,且宫颈癌患者明显高于尖锐湿疣患者(P<0.05)。18~26岁患者HPV感染率明显高于27~40岁患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);18~26岁与41~60岁患者、27~40岁与41~60岁患者HPV感染率比较差异无统计学意义;3个年龄段患者HPV分型占比比较差异无统计学意义;单一感染占比最高,之后依次为双重感染、多重感染。结论女性宫颈病变中占比最高的人乳头瘤病毒分型为高危型,且宫颈癌患者更易感染该病毒,此外,27岁以下及40岁以上女性HPV感染率更高,临床上应对此给予足够的重视。Objective To analyze the relationship between the distribution of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and cervical lesions in women of different ages.Methods 80 patients who received cervical HPV screening in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,all of them underwent colposcopy biopsy to analyze the specific situation and distribution characteristics of HPV infection,the distribution of HPV infection in different populations,the distribution of HPV infection in patients of different ages,and the distribution characteristics of single infection,double infection and multiple infection of HPV.Results In this group of 80 patients,48 cases of HPV infection,the infection rate was 60.00%.Among them,15 cases were lowrisk type,accounting for 31.25%;there were 33 cases of highrisk type,accounting for 68.75%.The HPV infection rate in patients with cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than that in patients with cervicitis,and the HPV infection rate in patients with cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with condyloma acuminatum(P<0.05).The HPV infection rate of patients aged 18-26 years was significantly higher than that of patients aged 27-40 years old,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the HPV infection rate between 18-26 years old and 41-60 years old,27-40 years old and 41-60 years old;there was no significant difference in the proportion of HPV typing among the three age groups;single infection accounted for the highest proportion,followed by double infection and multiple infection.Conclusion The highest proportion of HPV in female cervical lesions is classified as highrisk type,and cervical cancer patients are more likely to be infected with HPV,in addition,HPV infection rate is higher in women under 27 years old and over 40 years old,which should be paid enough attention to clinically.
