乙醛脱氢酶1与Musashi-1在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况及意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)、Musashi-1在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况及意义。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月本院收治的75例子宫内膜癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期75例子宫内膜良性病变患者作为对照组。两组病理组织均进行免疫组化学染色,比较两组ALDH1、Musashi-1阳性强度及阳性表达率,并比较不同类型子宫内膜癌患者ALDH1和Musashi-1表达情况。结果观察组ALDH1、Musashi-1阳性表达强度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ALDH1、Musashi-1阳性总检出率(82.67%、85.33%)均高于对照组(5.33%、8.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、中分化与高分化、G2~G3级、血管浸润、肌层浸润≥1/2、淋巴结转移患者ALDH1、Musashi-1阳性率均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、低分化、G1级、无血管浸润、无或<1/2肌层浸润、无淋巴结浸润患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ALDH1、Musashi-1在子宫内膜恶性病变组织中呈高表达状态,且阳性表达率越高,患者病情越严重,可为病情评估及预后疗效评价提供参考。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1(ALDH1)and Musashi-1 in endometrial cancer.Methods 75 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were included in the observation group,and 75 patients with benign endometrial lesions were included in the control group during the same period.Immunohistochemical staining was performed on the pathological tissues of the two groups,the positive intensity and positive expression rate of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 were compared between the two groups,and the expression of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in patients with different types of endometrial cancer was compared.Results The positive expression intensity scores of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total positive rates of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in the observation group(82.67%,85.33%)were higher than those in the control group(5.33%,8.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳ,moderately differentiated and highly differentiated,G2-G3 grade,vascular infiltration,myoinfiltration≥1/2,lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ,poorly differentiated,G1 grade,no vascular infiltration,no or<1/2 myoinfiltration,no lymph node metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ALDH1 and Musashi-1 were highly expressed in endometrial malignant lesions,and the higher the positive expression rate,the more serious the disease of patients,which could provide reference for the evaluation of the disease and prognosis.
